"When is the right time to write?"

This is one question which bothers a lot of new writers. It is also a concern among older writers at times, especially when writer's block kicks in.

The truth is, there is no right time to write. No perfect or ideal time either exists.

Writing is an expressive art and it's best done as you live each moment.
There's always a story in every moment and because of this, you can write at anytime of the day.

Though, some writers may point to a particular time of the day they think to be ideal for them to write, it doesn't mean they cannot write at other times of the day or that no story ideas exist at other times of the day.

It is basically because they have been able to discover the time of the day that works best for them.
The part of the day which aids their imaginative thinking and story building ability.

You can write at night, at noon or in the morning.

You can also write midday, in the toilet or noisy streets, wherever and whenever you find a prompt, something that compels and inspires a story to be born, please write.

Writing can be done at anytime as there's always a story waiting to be told. Your best work can be written at any time of the day.

So, if you ask again when is the right time to write?

The answer is 'no time.'
